*She is 24.4 pounds and still 32 inches tall.
*She has been talking up a storm the last couple weeks. Her vocabulary: aww duh (all done), aww dawn (all gone), cup, bottle, bye, mama, sock (or thock), uh-oh, mine, cook-cook (cookie), duck, bah (for Barney), muh (more), daw (dog), moo (cow), bock (block), meh-meh (Mimi), PawPaw, fish, shoe, baw (ball), daa (dad), baa (bath), up, mana-mana-ma (marshmallow), tee-tee (pee), baby.
*She can point out most of her body parts and other people's body parts: arms, hands, fingers, feet, toes, legs, elbows, knees, butt, tootsie, boobies, nose, eyes, ears, hair, mouth, tongue, teeth, and bellybutton.
*She is very social sometimes and very shy other times. We were walking around Target the other day, and she was riding in the cart waving at everyone we passed. Sometimes, though, she still acts very shy and hides. She does warm up to people pretty quickly if she is shy at first.
*She has 8 teeth on the bottom, 4 teeth on the top, and 2 teeth breaking through on the top.
*She loves day care. She stays just 3 hours a day but she absolutely loves it. She is excited to go every morning, and I always pick her up in a great mood.
*She still walks on her tip-toes a lot. This has been a concern since she was like 7 months old but her doctor said that at this point, it's fine, and she will more than likely grow out of it. She is just practicing to be the ballerina I've always wanted ;)
*She loves playing with her baby dolls and purses. If we go anywhere, she usually grabs a babydoll and a purse as we're walking out the door. Too funny because I don't even carry a purse. She pretends to change her babies' diapers and wipe their hands. In the bath tub, she bathes her baby and washes her baby's hair when I finish bathing her.
*She has learned how to take down the baby gates. She can basically just reach over the top and pull up the lever. Sometimes she pulls the part of the gate that is against the door jam until it comes out.
*She must have picked this up from day care but it's so cute! She has been laughing and throwing her head back as she laughs. The laugh is so dramatic and loud, which makes it so much funnier.
*She really enjoys "cooking" us food. Sometimes she likes feeding it to us, too, but she rams the plastic utensil into our throats so I usually just suggest that I feed myself.
We can't wait until it's warm enough to swim!
We are not potty training at all yet...just getting acquainted with the potty!
So cute!! Missed seeing you on facebook. I think Addison had the same dress! :)
