Kylie and I went to a friend's daughter's 1st birthday party a couple of weekends ago. In the party favor bag was a coupon for a free goldfish at a local pet store. So a week ago, I went to the pet store to redeem our coupon. A fish bowl, a bag of gravel, two plants, a bottle of Stress Coat, a can of fish food, a partner for our free fish, our free fish, and $29 later...meet Cosmo and Wanda!
Saved by the alarm clock! A couple of days after we got the fish, my alarm clock went off one afternoon while I was taking a nap. I got up to find my sister's cat, Jackson, hovering over my fish! I was letting their fish bowl water get to room temperature after I cleaned it so they were in a temporary holding cell.
